Return & Shipping Policy

Return

1.1. Cosmaline has no return policy.  Therefore, all items purchased cannot and will not be returned nor exchanged. 

In instances where the item received is damaged, or if the order is wrong; we will refund the customer.

Shipping

2.1. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is damaged, or the order is wrong.

2.2. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. The time may vary with respect to the customer's location. 

Refund

3.1. To be eligible for a refund, the received items must be damaged, or the received order is wrong.

3.2. The customer should inform Cosmaline within 6 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via email orders@cosmaline.com regarding the damaged item or wrong order.

3.3. Our refund policy ranges within 6 hours after having received the order. Unfortunately, after the mentioned period, no refund will take place. 

3.4. Cosmaline reserves the right to assess whether the item received is damaged or not, and if the order sent is wrong or not.  Accordingly, we will assess whether to proceed with the refund or not. 

3.5. Cosmaline might require proof such as pictures, invoices, or the item itself for assessment.

3.6. Cosmaline has the right to refuse a refund and is not responsible for orders placed by mistake.
